Long Arm Quilting Order Form

Thank you for choosing me to finish your masterpiece! I can not wait to get started! Just a few things first...….

The turn around time for most quilts is 2-3 weeks. If you need your quilt sooner, or want a more accurate turn around time, please reach out to me! Please visit the Services offered page for pricing details and quilt prep. Some important things for quilt prep:

The minimum charge for long arm quilting is $50. So even if the total square inches of your quilt is under 2,000, the total would still be $50
Quilting prices are charged by the square inch. To calculate your overall square inches, multiply length by width. Please view the Services tab to see detailed pricing
Quilt tops will not be pressed or have threads trimmed unless specifically requested
If you do not have your backing pieced together, there will be a $10 per seam charge for me to piece together the backing.
Please make sure that your backing is 8” wider and 8” longer than your quilt top. If you provide your own batting, the batting will need to be 8” longer and 8” wider as well

Once your form has been submitted, I will reach out to you for us to discuss pantograph choices and thread colors
Payment must be paid in full before the quilt is mailed back or picked up
Please note that I offer hand guided edge to edge long arm quilting

Quilting will be charged per square inch. For custom quilting prices, these range from $0.03- $0.04 per square inch, depending in the density and specific custom needs of each quilt.

Piece together Backing- $10 per seam

Complete hand binding, no strips cut- $0.40 per linear inch

Complete hand binding, strips cut- $0.35 per linear inch

Binding sewn to front of quilt only- strips not cut- $0.25 per linear inch

Binding sewn to front of quilt only- strips cut- $.020 per linear inch
